This is an all new compact boiler that will fit through a standard 36" door if you remove the controls and the gas train. Can be set up for 15 psi steam or 30 psi hot water. The GP burner is natural gas but can be converted to LP or #2 oil easily.
Never been installed, shrink wrap still on the burner.
